A pre-retreat 1:1 coaching session with your facilitators helps ground your intentions and gently prepares you for the experience ahead.

What needs releasing so you can rise into your next season with intention, spaciousness, and joy? Through guided exercises, journaling, mindful dialogue, and quiet reflection, you will shape a vision that honors both who you are and who you are becoming.

Across this gently curated experience, you’ll be guided through nourishing practices that soften the mind, open the heart, and awaken clarity. A restorative sound bath and mindful breathwork session will help dissolve the tension and stories you’ve carried, making space for new possibility. Melanie Vargas and Kristal Roberts are seasoned executive coaches and masterful facilitators who specialize in guiding women through meaningful transitions. With decades of combined experience in leadership development, emotional resilience, and transformational coaching, they create a warm, grounded, and deeply supportive environment for personal renewal.

Together, they bring a blend of emotional wisdom, professional expertise, and heartfelt guidance, ensuring every woman feels seen, supported, and empowered on her journey of becoming.

Cancellation Policy

To ensure an exceptional and intimate retreat experience, we maintain a limited number of spaces and make advance commitments with our partners. For this reason, the following cancellation policy applies:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% ($1,250) is required at the time of registration to secure your place.
• The remaining balance of $1,250 is due February 1, 2026.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations made prior to January 16, 2026 will forfeit the deposit but incur no additional charges.
• Cancellations made after January 16, 2026 (12AMPST) are non-refundable and full payment is required. We will invoice participants for remaining balance on February 1, 2026.
• No refunds are available for late arrivals, early departures, or non-attendance for any reason.

Transfer Option:

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another qualified participant with prior written approval, up to 14 days before the retreat start date.
• We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
