Career Collaborative is a 90-day program to guide you in crafting your vision, creating a plan, and taking steps to making it a reality.

Career Collaborative™ Program 

Career Collaborative is a one-of-a-kind, small group, career coaching experience where you and a select group of your peers – what we call a Mastermind Group – come together to share ideas, cultivate community, realize the benefits of our one-on-one coaching practices and so much more!

We are launching this program 100% virtually.

Career Collaborative is group coaching where you partner with a small cohort, guided by experienced, certified professionals.

HERE’S WHAT YOU GET:

1. Kick off with a 2-hour live virtual group workshop led by a Hudson-certified coach where you will:

• Define your new inspired future and create a plan to achieve it
• Create a personal brand strategy to showcase your unique value and contributions
• Gain recruiting insights from industry experts
• Work hand-in-hand with a personalized Mastermind Group of your peers
• Engage in interactive and fun activities that will help you uncover and overcome barriers to achieving your goals

2. Receive a comprehensive behavioral assessment to give insight about your soft skills, hard skills, strengths, and the values you bring to an organization

3. 90 minutes of one-on-one coaching with a Hudson-certified coach

4. Weekly Mastermind Group sessions with peers sharing similar goals

5. Three learning forums (one each month) with experts in recruiting and personal branding will provide guidance on how to:

• Craft a resume that captures your unique value and helps you stand out (templates to be provided)
• Overhaul your LinkedIn profile
• Prepare and role-play for interviews

6. Wrap up at the end of your 90-day program to celebrate your accomplishments and plan for continued progress

Regular pricing for the 90-day program is $1,500, but we are offering an introductory 20% discount for a price of $1,200.

Price includes one on one coaching, group coaching, and workshop fee.
