Here’s what you get with the program:

There has never been a more important time for this work! 8-week program with interactive virtual workshops facilitated and led by two Hudson & ICF-certified coaches where you will:

• Connect with other senior leaders from varying organizations. Provide a supportive, collaborative, and safe environment for each other.
• Engage in a 1:1 coaching session with Melanie or Kristal to identify challenges/goal.
• Develop tools/skills for enhanced leadership and impact.
• Gain insights into your strengths and development areas through self-assessments throughout the program.
• Learn to integrate coaching into your leadership – you will participate in demo coaching sessions throughout the program.
• Engage in interactive discussions that include real time learning about your organization’s people, challenges and learn activities that will help you overcome barriers to achieving your goals.
• Apply what you are learning to your real challenges in MasterMind sessions with others sharing similar goals.
• Meet with a buddy/peer throughout the program to help keep you accountable.
• Develop strategies, outlooks, and skills to help you continue to navigate and lead through the greatest change period we have ever experienced.
• Participate in pre-work, in session and post work activities are included and required as part of this program. This includes, assessment tools, pre-reading materials and other activities.
• Celebrate your accomplishments and plan for continued progress in an end of program wrap up.
