We offer customized training and group coaching experiences designed to meet the unique needs of your organization. Whether in the form of a keynote, a brown bag session, or a facilitated group coaching series, each  engagement blends practical content with facilitated reflection and real-time application.

Organizations select from a range of high-impact leadership and team development topics, which are then tailored through a collaborative needs assessment process. This ensures the content is relevant, engaging, and aligned with your culture and goals.

Our group coaching model is adapted from the 70-20-10 Model for Learning and Development, created by the Center for Creative Leadership. It combines topic-based learning, facilitated dialogue, and peer connection for extended, embedded learning. Sessions are led by experienced coaches who are PCC-certified, Hudson Institute trained, and CCMI-certified in team coaching. Together, we create space for trust, insight, and lasting change.
