Group Coaching with Customized Leadership Development

The 70-20-10 Model for Learning and Development, created by the Center for Creative Leadership, is a commonly used formula within the training profession to describe the optimal sources of learning by successful managers. It holds that individuals obtain 70% of their knowledge from job-related experiences, 20% from interactions with others, and 10% from formal educational events.

Unlike most training programs that only focus in the 10% bucket, we’ve created a program that goes deeper. Participants will have an opportunity to put new learning into practice, push boundaries to expand their skills and integrate feedback for sustained performance improvement. We do this through igniting a richer learning experience that includes and traditional classroom learning combined with group learning (group coaching and group work). We utilize the full learning model for extended embedded learning, which increases the learning experience to maximum potential.

We partner with your team to to custom build a program based on the needs of your organization. We offer online Virtual and/or In-Person Training solutions within your organization.

It works:

100% of leaders who participated in one of our programs say they are better leaders as a result. In addition, 100% of our participants have stated they have become more productive as a result of our program!

Participants will put new learning into practice, push boundaries to expand their skills and integrate feedback for sustained performance improvement. We do this through igniting a richer learning experience that includes classroom learning combined with group coaching (we call them Mastermind Groups) in between workshops.
